★ 114學年度第1學期離宿及114學年度第2學期進住事項 Announcement:Move-out for 1st Semester, Academic Year 114 & Move-in for 2nd Semester, Academic Year 114

一、114-1離宿時間及注意事項

  (一)離宿時間

  1. 114/12/27–12/28,每日 9:00–12:00、13:00–16:30(中午12:00–13:00不受理)。無法親自辦理者,可由受託人代辦,惟須事先取得同意後,方可交付鑰匙串及磁扣。
  2. 申請寒假住宿同學(114-1學期寒假住宿申請公告請點我)請出示寒假繳費證明依各棟規定辦理進住及離宿

(二)離宿注意事項

1. 致用樓、務本樓住宿生須清空房間
寒假期間致用樓將進行床組及傢俱汰換工程,未申請寒宿者務必於離宿日清空房間並帶走所有物品,且需配合房間檢查,檢查標準與流程請參考公告附件。學校提供地下室等空間供暫放物品,每位限4件;空間有限,無法存放全部行李。已申請寒宿者,依公告時間搬遷。

2. 環境與物品整理
離宿前請完成清潔及整理,並確保重要物品自行帶走(含冰箱食物、小廚房電器、曬衣場衣物),校方 不負保管責任所有電器插頭拔除(含寢室冰箱)。走道及公共區域由該區寢室同學協調清潔。放置於公共區域之私人物品視為廢棄物,將逕行清理。

3. 繼續住宿者
下學期仍住宿者,物品放置方式依各棟說明辦理。物品務必打包妥當,以免施工期間弄髒。貴重物品請自行帶回,遺失不負保管責任。

4. 清潔及財物損壞
最後一位離開時,若清潔未通過,依「宿舍公約及違規處理要點」每人收取 300元清潔費寢室共用財物損壞:依價額由同寢共同負擔,自保證金扣抵。個人使用財物損壞:由本人負擔。保證金不足時,將通知家長賠償。

5. 鑰匙與磁扣繳回
住宿生物品收妥(務本致用樓完成清空檢查)並確認不再回寢後,請將寢室鑰匙串及磁扣繳回管理員室並簽名。逾期未繳回者,自114/12/28 16:30起,依寒宿收費標準計費。遺失需繳交工本費。情節重大者,將取消下學期住宿資格。繳回後務必填寫「離宿登記簿」作為辦理依據。

6. 不續住宿與保證金退費(放棄114學年度第2學期床位公告請點我)
下學期不續住者,須於 114/12/15前 完成線上放棄住宿退還保證金時,請於申請單貼上本人郵局存摺(銀行酌收30元手續費)表單下載:住服組網頁 → 表單下載 → 各項退費申請暨離宿程序單。

(三)申請寒假住宿

  1. 申請及繳費時間114/12/08–115/02/18 16:00止。逾期繳費或申請,加收 100元行政處理費。
  2. 申請程序:請參考相關公告。
  3. 繳費方式:平日9:00–16:00持住宿繳費單至行政大樓1樓出納組繳費(僅收現金)。

二、114-2進住時間及注意事項

(一)進住時間

114/02/21(六)及 02/22(日)9:00–12:00、13:00–16:30(中午不受理)。

(二)進住注意事項

  • 完成繳費方能進住。未經許可擅自進住者,須立即遷出,並依情節依校規第10、11條處以申誡至大過。
  • 進住時請出示身分證件(學生證、身分證、健保卡、駕照、護照、居留證等),領取鑰匙。

(三)住宿費退費與補助

  • 具低收入戶資格者:需先繳全額,期末依服務時數退費(扣除清潔費:大學部300元、研究生150元),並請於開學2週內向住服組登記生活服務學習時段。
  • 依行政院政策:本國籍住宿生由校方造冊統一扣除住宿補助,同學無須申請一般生:5000元低收/中低收:7000元若未住滿整學期(私人原因、休退學、畢業、肄業等),須按比例繳回補助款

1. Move-out Schedule and Important Notes

(1) Move-out Schedule

  • December 27–28, AY 114,
    9:00–12:00 & 13:00–16:30
    (No service during 12:00–13:00)

  • Students who cannot move out in person may authorize a representative.
    Prior consent is required before handing over the key set and access token.

  • Students applying for Winter Break accommodation

    Please show proof of Winter Break payment and follow each building’s regulations for check-in/out.

(2) Move-out Reminders

1. Residents of Zhi-Yong and Wu-Ben Buildings must clear rooms

Zhi-Yong Building will undergo bed and furniture replacement works during Winter Break.

  • Students who did NOT apply for Winter Break accommodation must:

    • Clear the room and take away all belongings on the move-out date.

    • Cooperate with room inspection. Standards and procedures are provided in the attachment.

  • Basement storage is provided for temporary placement of personal belongings, up to 4 items per person.
    Space is limited and cannot store all luggage.

  • Students who applied for Winter Break accommodation will move according to the announced schedule.

2. Room and belongings cleaning

Before moving out, please complete cleaning and organization:

  • Take away all important items
    (including refrigerator food, small kitchen appliances, laundry-yard clothing).
    The university is not responsible for safekeeping.

  • Unplug all electrical appliances (including in-room refrigerators).

  • Hallways and common areas must be cleaned by residents of that area.
    Items placed in public areas will be treated as abandoned and disposed of.

3. Students continuing next semester

  • Please follow each building’s instructions for storing belongings.

  • All items must be properly packed to avoid dust or damage during construction.

  • Take valuables home. The university assumes no responsibility for loss.

4. Cleaning and property damage

  • If cleaning fails inspection when the last student leaves, each resident will be charged NT$300, according to the Dormitory Regulations and Violations Guidelines.

  • Shared property damage:
    Cost will be jointly borne by roommates and deducted from the deposit.

  • Personal property damage:
    Cost will be paid by the user.

  • If the deposit is insufficient, parents/guardians will be notified for compensation.

5. Return of keys and access tokens

After confirming that belongings have been stored or (for Wu-Ben and Zhi-Yong) room clearance has passed inspection:

  • Return the key set and access token to the dorm office and sign.

  • Late return will be charged according to Winter Break accommodation rates starting from December 28, 16:30.

  • Lost items require replacement fees.
    Serious cases may result in cancellation of next semester’s accommodation eligibility.

  • After returning keys, please fill in the Move-out Registry Book as proof of completion.

6. Not continuing next semester & deposit refund

  • Students not continuing next semester must complete the online cancellation by December 15, AY 114.

  • For deposit refund, attach a copy of your postal bank passbook to the refund form
    (bank service fee NT$30 applies).

(3) Winter Break Accommodation Application

  • Application & payment period:
    December 8, AY 114 – February 18, AY 115, 16:00

  • Late application or payment will incur a NT$100 administrative fee.

  • Procedure: Please refer to the official announcement.

  • Payment:
    Weekdays 9:00–16:00, bring the payment slip to the Cashier’s Office, 1F Administration Building
    (cash only).

(1) Move-in Schedule

  • February 21 (Saturday) & February 22 (Sunday)
    9:00–12:00 & 13:00–16:30
    (No service during lunchtime)

(2) Move-in Notes

  • Students must complete payment before moving in.

  • Unauthorized move-in will require immediate removal and may result in disciplinary action (Article 10 & 11), ranging from warning to major demerit.

  • Please present ID when checking in (student ID, national ID, NHI card, driver’s license, passport, ARC, etc.) and collect keys.
