115學年度舊生持續等候床位候補(含舊生未登記抽籤及在職(專班)生)--新候補序號公告

一、新候補序號請見本公告最底下附件(請自行搜尋學號，對照新序號)，未於期限內上網完成申請候補序號者，一律取消候補。

二、舊生未於今年3月線上申請抽籤者、在職生及在職專班生，另以線上登記填列候補者，截至2026年6月30日止之申請名單，已分配新候補序號，請查閱附件。

三、未提出本次申請者，原候補序號已作廢。

四、候補相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以電子郵件通知候補同學，暑假期間公布候補日期預定為7月29日至7月31日及8月29日至8月31日，將依實際床位分配情形提早或延後公告候補上名單，請同學注意住服組公告時程、官網公告最新消息，並留意校內電子郵件Webmail(請點此連結)的通知及確認收信功能是否正常。

Announcement of Updated Waiting List Numbers for AY115 Continuing Students

(Including Students Who Did Not Register for the Dormitory Lottery and In-Service Program Students)

1. Please refer to the attachment at the bottom of this announcement for your updated waiting list number. Search for your Student ID to find your new waiting list number. Students who failed to complete the online application for continued waiting within the specified period have been removed from the waiting list.

2. Updated waiting list numbers have also been assigned to:

   • Continuing students who did not register for the dormitory lottery in March 2026;
   • In-service students; and
   • In-service Master's Program students

   who subsequently submitted an online waiting list application. The attachment includes all applications received as of June 30, 2026.

3. Students who did not submit this application have had their previous waiting list numbers cancelled.
4. All waiting list updates will be posted on the Student Housing Service Division website, and eligible students will also be notified by email. During the summer break, the next waiting list announcements are tentatively scheduled for July 29 to July 31 and August 29 to August 31. The actual announcement dates may be adjusted earlier or later depending on bed availability. Please regularly check the Student Housing Service Division website for the latest announcements and monitor your university Webmail account to ensure you receive all notification emails.
