大學部學生宿舍寢室內已配置冰箱，請同學於使用前務必留意以下幾點，以確保設備正常運作並延長使用壽命。
Dear residents,
Refrigerators have been installed in undergraduate dormitory rooms. Please review the following key notes to ensure proper operation and to extend the refrigerator’s lifespan.

一、製冰與溫度調整

1. Ice Making and Temperature Adjustment

• 若需製冰，請先將 溫度旋鈕調至較冷位置（強）。
  When making ice, set the temperature control to a colder level (strong).

• 冰塊製成後，請務必將溫度調回中間位置（中），以防冰箱持續過冷導致 內壁結霜或壓縮機過度運轉。
  After ice is formed, reset the temperature to a medium level (medium) to prevent frost buildup and avoid compressor strain.

• 若發現冰層過厚，可 拔除插頭並開門除霜，待冰完全融化後再重新插電使用。
  If frost becomes too thick, unplug the unit and open the door to defrost. Plug it back in only after the frost has completely melted.

二、擺放與通風

2. Placement and Ventilation

• 冰箱應 距離牆面至少 10 公分，保持良好散熱與通風。
  Keep at least 10 cm of space from the wall to allow proper ventilation.

• 請勿在冰箱上方或後方放置重物、雜物或包裝箱，以免影響散熱或造成危險。
  Do not place heavy items or clutter on or behind the refrigerator to avoid overheating or damage.

三、使用安全

3. Safety and Operation

• 請勿自行搬動、傾斜、改裝或重壓冰箱。
  Do not move, tilt, modify, or press down on the refrigerator.

• 若發現 異常聲響、漏水、無法冷卻或無法通電，請立即通知宿舍管理員協助檢查。
  If you notice unusual noise, leakage, cooling failure, or power issues, please contact the dormitory staff for inspection.

四、清潔與維護

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

• 每學期結束前（寒暑假離宿前），請務必 清空內容物、拔除插頭並打開門除霜。
  Before semester breaks, remove all contents, unplug the power cord, and leave the door open to defrost.

• 切勿使用尖銳器具刮除冰層，以免損壞冷媒管路。
  Do not use sharp tools to scrape ice, as this may damage the refrigerant pipe.

• 清潔時請使用 中性清潔劑與軟布擦拭，避免使用強酸、強鹼或研磨性清潔用品。
  Use mild detergent and a soft cloth for cleaning; avoid strong acids, alkalis, or abrasive products.
