114學年度持續等候床位候補申請

1. 自6月18日(三)至6月30日(一)中午12：00止，請願意繼續等候114學年度床位候補者，至下列申請路徑提出申請，原候補序號將依本次申請依序遞補。

2. 未提出本次申請者，原候補序號於114年6月30日後作廢。
3. 原3月無登記住宿抽籤，並已至住服組填列紙本候補者，一律自動排入持續候補，序號在有參加3月床位抽籤備取最後一名同學之後，如放棄持續候補，請於6月30日(一)中午12:00前來信(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)告知。
4. 原3月無登記住宿抽籤，且未登記紙本候補者，若有住宿需求，請於6月27日(五)中午12:00前到住服組辦公室填紙本候補。
5. 預計7月初將於住服組網頁「最新公告」公告願意等待114學年度床位候補同學的候補序號。
6. 歷年床位候補情形及預定釋出備取上名單日期，請參考住服組網頁資訊：https://reurl.cc/lzmXYE
7. 候補相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，每梯次候補上同學務必於期限內，完成線上確認程序。

        (1)若email異常或一直超過24小時未收到信件，請於期限前來電分機2362處理，逾期視同放棄。

        (2)本校webmail與cloudmail收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。

Application for Continuing to Wait for a Dormitory Bed in the 2025 Academic Year (Year 114)

1. From Wednesday, June 18 to Monday, June 30 at 12:00 PM, students who wish to continue waiting for a dormitory bed for the 2025 academic year must submit an application via the link below. Original waiting list numbers will be used for sequential filling based on this application.

2. Those who do not submit this application will have their original waiting list number voided after June 30, 2025.
3. Students who did not register for the March dormitory lottery, but have filled out the paper-based waiting form at the Student Housing Office, will automatically be placed on the continuous waiting list. Their waiting number will follow the last student on the March lottery waiting list. If you wish to withdraw from this continued waiting list, please email us at zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw by 12:00 PM on Monday, June 30.
4. Students who did not register for the March lottery and did not fill out the paper waiting form, but now have dormitory needs, must visit the Student Housing Office in person and fill out the paper-based form by 12:00 PM on Friday, June 27.
5. The updated waiting list numbers for students who applied to continue waiting for a dormitory bed in the 2025 academic year will be posted on the “Latest Announcements” section of the Student Housing Office website in early July.

7. All information regarding the waiting list will be published on the Student Housing Office website and sent to students via the university Webmail system. Students should check their inboxes regularly and ensure their university email accounts are functioning properly. Once a dormitory spot becomes available, students must complete the online confirmation process within the specified deadline.
   • (1) If you experience issues with your email or do not receive the message within 24 hours, please call extension 2362 before the deadline. Failure to respond on time will be regarded as a withdrawal.
   • (2) Please note that the university’s Webmail and Cloudmail systems are not automatically synced. You must check each mailbox separately to avoid missing important messages.
