114學年學生宿舍-舊生第3次床位候補公告

1. 第3次候補床位數及可候補床位學號如上表。
2. 第3次候補上的同學請於即日起至6月10日(週二)晚上23:59前完成線上表單，未完成者視同放棄住宿。

★候補意願填寫連結：請本梯次候補上床位者「自行至Webmail收信」，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。

★該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人，以免失效。

3. 目前已備取到女大生72號、男大生170號。
4. 本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約，且未依規定完成服務時數者，114學年住宿床位將取消，不得異議。
5. 候補名單相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，務必於期限內，完成線上確認程序。
   1. (1)若email異常，請於期限前來電分機2362處理，逾期視同放棄。
   2. (2)本校webmail與cloudmail(google)收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。
6. 如填寫問卷確認住宿後，又因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於6月11日(週三)上午08:00前採EMAIL(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)放棄114學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且未來不得申請住宿。

【Announcement of the Third Round of Dormitory Waiting List for the 114 Academic Year】

1. The number of available beds and student ID numbers eligible for the third round of bed allocation are listed in the table above.
2. Students who have secured a bed in this round must complete the online confirmation form no later than 11:59 PM on Tuesday, June 10. Failure to do so will be regarded as forfeiting the bed.

★ Bed Confirmation Link: Students who are allocated a bed in this round should check their Webmail for an email containing their personalized link.
★ The link is individualized—do not copy or share it, as it may become invalid.

3. As of now, the waitlist has reached Female Student No. 72 and Male Student No. 170.
4. For students currently residing in the dormitory: If you violate the Dormitory Agreement and fail to complete your required service hours, your bed allocation for the 114 academic year will be canceled without appeal.
5. Waitlist information and updates will be posted on the Housing Services Office website, and notifications will also be sent via the university Webmail system. Please check your email inbox regularly and ensure your school email account is functioning properly. Make sure to complete the online confirmation within the specified deadline.

(1) If there are any issues with your email, please contact extension 2362 before the deadline. Late responses will be treated as forfeiture.

(2) Please note: Webmail and Cloudmail (Google) are not automatically synchronized. You must check each inbox separately to avoid missing important university announcements.

6. If you confirm your accommodation via the online form but later decide not to move in due to personal reasons or other factors, you must notify us via email (zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw) by 8:00 AM on Wednesday, June 11.
   Failure to notify by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the NT$2,000 deposit, and you will not be eligible to apply for future dormitory accommodation.
