114學年學生宿舍-舊生第2次床位候補公告

1. 第2次候補床位數及候補上名單請參考本公告附件。

2. 第2次候補上的同學請於即日起至6月1日(週日)晚上23:59前完成線上表單，未完成者視同放棄住宿。

★候補意願填寫連結：請本梯次候補上床位者「自行至Webmail收信」，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。

★該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人，以免失效。

3. 目前已備取到女大生67號、男大生138號。

4. 本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約，且未依規定完成服務時數者，114學年住宿床位將取消，不得異議。

5. 候補名單相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，務必於期限內，完成線上確認程序。
    (1)若email異常，請於期限前來電分機2362處理，逾期視同放棄。
       (2)本校webmail與cloudmail(google)收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。

6. 如填寫問卷確認住宿後，又因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於6月2日(週一)上午08:00前採EMAIL(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)放棄114學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且未來不得申請住宿。

【Announcement of the Second Round of Dormitory Waiting List for the 114 Academic Year】

·  The number of beds available in the second round and the student ID numbers of those eligible are listed in the table above.

·  Students who have been allocated a bed in this round must complete the online confirmation form from now until 11:59 PM on Sunday, June 1. Failure to complete the form will be regarded as a forfeiture of the accommodation offer.
★ Bed confirmation link: Students assigned a bed in this round must check their university Webmail to retrieve their personalized confirmation link via email.
★ This is a personalized link. Do not copy or share the link with others, as it may become invalid.

·  The current waitlist has advanced to female student No. 67 and male student No. 138.

·  Students residing in the dormitory this academic year who violate dormitory regulations or fail to complete the required service hours will have their accommodation for the 114th academic year revoked without appeal.

·  Waitlist-related announcements will be posted on the Student Housing Division website and also sent via university Webmail. Students should check their inboxes regularly and ensure their university email accounts are functioning properly. It is the student’s responsibility to complete the online confirmation process within the specified deadline.
(1) If your email is malfunctioning, please contact extension 2362 before the deadline. Late responses will be treated as a forfeiture.
(2) Please note that university Webmail and Cloudmail (Google) are not automatically synchronized. You must check each mailbox separately to avoid missing important university communications.

·  If you confirm your accommodation through the form but later decide not to move in due to personal reasons or other factors, please email zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw by 8:00 AM on Monday, June 2 to cancel your dormitory placement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the NT$2,000 deposit and ineligibility to apply for dormitory housing in the future.
