★ 114學年宿舍抽籤結果及相關作業公告Announcement of the 114th Academic Year Houshing Lottery Results and Related Procedures

                                      114學年宿舍抽籤結果及相關作業公告

1.抽籤結果請參考下方附件；因應同學需求，為了讓正取同學方便搜尋，正取名單依學號排序公告；備取名單則仍依抽籤備取順序排列公告。

2.中籤同學請於114年3月27日中午12:00起至114年4月11日中午12：00止，線上填寫中籤床位住宿意願。逾期未填者將自動放棄床位(含保障生)，並且不會列入候補名單！

114學年度中籤意願填寫連結：請正取者自行至Webmail收信，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。*該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人。(註：房型C為大學部空調房，G為研究生宿舍)

 

★禁止私下轉讓買賣床位，如有相關情事，則依本校相關法規辦理退宿。

★一旦放棄中籤床型將不具備線上候補資格，只能至住宿服務組辦公室申請紙本候補。

*若同學未參加3月的抽籤，則不會有候補序號，需要自行至住宿服務組辦公室辦理紙本登記候補，並依照登記時間先後排序安排紙本床位候補，但紙本登記候補序號一律在有參加３月床位線上抽籤有候補序號最後一名同學之後。

4.同學若想到校外租屋，請至本校學安生輔中心網頁---校外賃居專區或雲端租屋生活網(https://house.nfu.edu.tw/NCNU)，詳閱租屋注意事項及相關資訊。

5.未填寫宿舍抽籤登記之保障生，即喪失保障住宿權利。

6.本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約，且未依規定期限完成宿舍服務時數，將取消114學年住宿床位。

7.曾違反住宿輔導辦法第14條項目者，不論處分方式為退宿或是否完成其他折抵方式，皆取消114學年住宿資格。

8.自112學年第2學期起配合行政院政策，補助所有本國籍校內住宿生學期住宿費，補助一般生 5000 元、低收與中低收入戶資格者 7000 元，若因故未住滿整學期(含私人原因、休退學、畢業、肄業等)，退宿時須按比例繳回補助款。

9.如因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於114年4月14日(五)17:00前採EMAIL(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)放棄114學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且未來不得申請住宿。

10.114學年9月入學碩博新生宿舍申請，將於4月初另行公告；114學年度轉學生宿舍申請，預定於7月另行公告；114學年度大學部新生宿舍申請，則預定於7月中旬(非分科測驗管道入學)及8月中旬(分科測驗管道入學)分別公告，請密切鎖定住宿服務組官網最新消息。

 

★互換床型：(預計5月中公告)已獲得114學年度住宿資格者，屆時須以兩人同時申請紙本辦理床型互換作業。

★舊生選填室友：預計於6月公告，採線上申請。

 

114th Academic Year Houshing Lottery Results and Related Announcements

1. Lottery Results:

  • Please refer to the attached document for the lottery results.

  • To make it easier for selected students to find their names, the confirmed list is arranged in student ID order, while the waitlist remains ordered according to the lottery ranking.

2. Dormitory Confirmation for Selected Students:

  • Selected students must complete the online dormitory confirmation form between March 27, 2025, 12:00 PM – April 11, 2025, 12:00 PM.

  • Failure to complete the form within the deadline will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the dormitory bed (including for guaranteed students), and you will not be placed on the waitlist.

  • Selected students must check their Webmail inbox for their personalized confirmation link.(Note: Room type C refers to air-conditioned undergraduate dormitories, while G refers to graduate dormitories.)

  • This link is unique to each student—do not copy or share it with others.

📌 Important Notes:

  • If you did not participate in the March lottery, you will not receive a waitlist number.

  • Students who did not join the lottery must register manually at the Dormitory Service Office by submitting a paper waitlist application.

  • Manual waitlist applications will be ranked after all students who participated in the online March lottery.

4. Off-Campus Housing Information:

  • If you are considering renting off-campus, please visit the university’s Student Affairs Center website → Off-Campus Housing Section or check the Cloud Rental Housing Platform:

  • Be sure to review the rental guidelines and important information before making arrangements.

5. Loss of Guaranteed Accommodation:

  • Guaranteed students who fail to submit the dormitory lottery registration form will lose their guaranteed dormitory rights.

6. Consequences for Dormitory Violations (113th Academic Year Residents):

  • Students who violated the Dormitory Agreement in the 113th academic year and failed to complete the required service hours will lose their dormitory eligibility for the 114th academic year.

  • Students who violated Article 14 of the Dormitory Guidance Regulations in the 113th academic year—whether expelled or subject to alternative penalties—will be disqualified from dormitory application for the 114th academic year.

7. Government Housing Subsidy (Effective from 113th Academic Year, 2nd Semester):

  • In accordance with the Executive Yuan’s policy, all domestic students residing in on-campus dormitories are eligible for a housing subsidy:

    • General students: NT$5,000 per semester

    • Low-income and middle-to-low-income students: NT$7,000 per semester

  • If a student does not complete the full semester in the dormitory (due to personal reasons, withdrawal, graduation, suspension, etc.), they must repay the subsidy on a pro-rata basis upon moving out.

8. Dormitory Cancellation Policy:

  • Students who wish to cancel their dormitory accommodation due to personal reasons must email zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw before April 14, 2025 (Friday) at 5:00 PM to formally withdraw.

  • Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the NT$2,000 dormitory deposit, and the student will be permanently barred from future dormitory applications.

9. Dormitory Applications for New Graduate Students (114th Academic Year):

  • The 114th academic year dormitory application for new master's and Ph.D. students enrolling in September will be announced separately in early April.

  • The dormitory application for transfer students is scheduled to be announced in July.

  • The dormitory application for new undergraduate students is expected to be announced in mid-July (for non-subject-based entrance pathways) and mid-August (for subject-based entrance pathways).
