113學年第2學期床位申請公告
(這是給非住宿生申請的。這學期本來就已經住宿者,不需要再申請下學期住宿)
(預計114年1月10日前於住服組網頁公告申請結果,若申請人數超出床位數,以抽籤方式決定床位),若名單公告後尚有空床,則展延申請日期。
★特別說明:
(一)研究生及大學部學生,請依個人意願排序申請研究生宿舍、大學部空調房。
(二)住服組得視床位申請狀況進行調整。
(三)114學年度碩博新生113-2學期提早入學者、寒假轉學生、復學生均無法保障床位,若有住宿
需求,請於錄取後填寫附件電子檔並來email(cmchang@ncnu.edu.tw張先生,分機2364)線上申請床位,床位有限,安排完為止。
(四) 轉學生注意事項:為協助新生瞭解自己的心理健康與生活適應情形,本校大學部新生凡申請
宿舍床位,請取得校務系統帳號密碼時,線上填寫諮商中心的身心健康調查表(https://ccweb.ncnu.edu.tw/coun),方完成宿舍申請程序。有關身心健康調查表填寫之疑義,請洽學務處諮商輔導與職涯發展組(049)2910960轉分機2331洽詢。
Announcement for Bed Application for the 2nd Semester of the 113th Academic Year
(This is for non-residents only. Students who are already residing in the dormitory this semester do not need to reapply for accommodation for the next semester.)
Application Period: From now until 12:00 noon on December 25 (Wednesday).
Accommodation Period: February 15, 2024 (Saturday) to June 6, 2024 (Friday, the weekend before the summer vacation begins).
Note: Successful application does not guarantee a bed. Applicants will need to wait for the announcement of the allocation list (expected to be published on the Housing Services Office website by January 10, 2024). If the number of applicants exceeds the available beds, a lottery will determine the assignments. If there are still vacant beds after the announcement, the application deadline will be extended.

Please visit the Housing Services Office website and complete the questionnaire under the latest announcement titled “Bed Application for the 2nd Semester of the 113th Academic Year” via the provided link.

Important Notice for Transfer Students:
To help new students understand their mental health and life adjustment status, all new students applying for dormitory accommodation must complete the Mental and Physical Health Survey provided by the Counseling Center online (https://ccweb.ncnu.edu.tw/coun) after obtaining their university system account and password. This step is required to complete the dormitory application process.
