📢 住宿生冷氣費餘額退費 SOP 公告

為便利住宿生辦理冷氣費退費作業，請依下列步驟辨別情況，並配合相關程序：

◉ 研究生宿舍冷氣退費

🔹 下學期續住：
　→ 冷氣儲值卡可保管，不需退費。

🔹 下學期不住：
　→ 請聯絡管理員插卡確認卡片餘額，並填寫退費單辦理退費。

◉ 大學部宿舍冷氣退費
🔹 最後一位離宿／收取退費同學：

→ 使用手機開啟「冷氣儲值 APP」

→ 請工作人員協助確認餘額、填寫退費單

→ 完成冷氣APP解除綁定手續
 

🔹 非最後一位離宿／非收取退費同學：

→ 開啟「冷氣儲值 APP」在工作人員面前操作

→ 僅需解除冷氣綁定，不辦理退費
 

📌 提醒：所有退費申請需在離宿日當天完成操作，並經宿舍工作人員確認方能受理。若操作有疑問，請洽服務中心管理員。

📢 Dormitory Air Conditioning Balance Refund SOP Announcement

To facilitate the refund process for air conditioning fees, residents are requested to follow the steps below based on their situation:
 

◉ Graduate Dormitory Refund Process
🔹 Staying for the Next Semester:
→ You may keep your air conditioning stored-value card; no refund is required.

🔹 Not Staying for the Next Semester:
→ Please contact the dormitory staff to check the card balance using the card reader, and fill out the refund application form.
 

◉ Undergraduate Dormitory Refund Process
🔹 Last Student to Move Out / Student Assigned to Receive Refund:
→ Use your mobile phone to open the "Air Conditioning Stored-Value App"
→ Ask the dormitory staff to verify the balance and assist with the refund form
→ Complete the process of unbinding the app from your room

🔹 Not the Last Student to Move Out / Not Receiving the Refund:
→ Open the "Air Conditioning Stored-Value App" and operate it in front of the dormitory staff
→ Only unbinding is required; no refund will be processed

📌 Reminder: All refund applications must be completed on the day of check-out and verified by dormitory staff. If you encounter any issues, please contact the dormitory service desk.
