放棄113學年第2學期床位公告

一、113-2學期不續住宿舍者，請於113年12月9日星期一中午12點前放棄113學年下學期的住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金。

★申請放棄路徑：請登入住服組官網→最新公告項下之 放棄113學年第2學期床位公告「填寫網址請點我」填寫問卷。

二、放棄住宿申請完成者，住服組將於12月25日前以電子郵件回覆，告知放棄住宿已完成，若未收到回信請聯繫住服組

(請不要向宿舍服務中心申請放棄床位)。

三、畢業、休學、退學因素

得延至113年12月25日星期三中午12點前至住服組辦公室（行政大樓1樓）或來信cmchang@ncnu.edu.tw放棄床位，逾期亦沒收2,000元保證金。

四、退宿當天須繳交退費單及本人存摺影本。

Announcement of Dormitory Bed Forfeiture for the Second Semester of Academic Year 113

★For those who will not continue to stay in the dormitory next semester, please abandon the accommodation for the second semester of the 113th academic year by 12:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 113th year. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of a NT$2,000 deposit.

 Procedure for abandonment: Please log in to the Dormitory Services Group's official website, go to the latest announcements, and under the Announcement of Dormitory Bed Forfeiture for the Second Semester of Academic Year 113, click on the link to fill out the questionnaire.

★For those whose accommodation abandonment application is completed, the Dormitory Services Group will reply by email before December 25, notifying that the accommodation relinquishment has been completed.

If you do not receive a reply, please contact the Dormitory Services Group at 049-2910960 ext. 2364 for inquiries.

(Do not apply for bed relinquishment to the Dormitory Service Center.)

★Factors such as graduation, suspension, and withdrawal

May be extended until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 25, 113th year. Please go to the Dormitory Services Group office (1st floor of the Administration Building) or email cmchang@ncnu.edu.tw to relinquish the bed. Failure to do so will also result in the forfeiture of a NT$2,000 deposit.

★On the day of check-out, it is required to submit the refund form along with a photocopy of one's personal savings account book.
