112學年度第2學期暑期住宿注意事項

一、暑期住宿寢室號已張貼於各棟公佈欄，請有申請暑假住宿同學自行查詢。

二、請於113年6月24日至113年6月26日(每日上午9時至下午4時)將暑期新寢入住及舊寢退宿辦理完成。

三、113年6月26日下午4時前完成暑期寢室入住手續及舊寢退宿，舊寢退宿比照112 學年度第2學期離宿及113學年度第1學期進住事項辦理。

四、113年6月24日起，每日上午9時至下午4時，可至男大宿舍1F服務中心領取新鑰匙(中午休息時間:12:00-13:00) 。

五、暑期住宿生搬到113-1學期房間日期：113年8月26日至8月28日，每日上午09:00-12:00、下午13:00-16:00，須完成繳回鑰匙、暑期寢室清潔、淨空、浴室刷洗並請工作人員檢查。

六、113學年無住宿資格者，暑宿生需於8月16日16:00前完成退宿程序。

Notice for Summer Accommodation in the Second Semester of the 112th Academic Year

1. The room assignments for summer accommodation have been posted on the bulletin boards of each dormitory building. Students who have applied for summer accommodation should check the postings themselves.
2. Please complete the move-in procedures for your new summer dormitory and the move-out procedures for your current dormitory between June 24, 113, and June 26, 113 (from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day).
3. Complete the move-in procedures for the summer dormitory and the move-out procedures for your current dormitory by 4:00 PM on June 26, 113. The move-out procedures will follow the same process as the end of the second semester of the 112th academic year and the move-in procedures for the first semester of the 113th academic year.
4. Starting from June 24, 113, you can collect your new keys at the service center on the first floor of the male dormitory between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM each day (lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).
5. Dates for summer dormitory students to move to their 113-1 semester rooms: From August 26 to August 28, 113, between 09:00-12:00 in the morning and 13:00-16:00 in the afternoon. Students must complete key return, summer dormitory cleaning, clearing out, bathroom scrubbing, and have the work inspected by staff.
6. Students who do not have dormitory eligibility for the 113 academic year must complete the check-out process by 16:00 on August 16.
