115學年度學生宿舍舊生第5次(加開候補)床位候補公告

115th Academic Year Student Dormitory – 5th Round (Additional Round) Waiting List Announcement for Returning Students

1.本次為加開候補，將截止目前為止所有最新休、退學生、畢業生、非分科入學之大一新生放棄床位及分科測驗大一新生招生差額、境外生錄取差額及第4次候補放棄床位者釋出，候補床位數及候補上名單請下載本公告最下方附件查看。 

2.本次候補上的同學請於8月8日起至8月14日(五)下午17:00前完成線上填寫確認宿住宿表單，未完成者視同放棄住宿。本次候補上同學的住宿相關費用，將於線上確認表單截止日後，統一請總務處出納組與銀行修改註冊單，預計8月28日前完成費用修改，屆時再下載註冊單繳納。若同學於8月28日後發現註冊單上仍然「沒有住宿費相關費用金額」者，請來信告知。

☆候補意願填寫表單連結：請本梯次候補上床位者「自行至Webmail收信」，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。 *該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人，以免失效。

3.現階段候補序號是以登記持續等待候補之公告名單(包含未登記者線上申請候補)為依據，目前已候補到女生新序號185號、男生新序號214號。其中，女生候補新序號124號、155號、160號，及男生候補新序號138號、153號、170號、182號、185號、186號、190號、191號、193號、196號、198號、199號、200號、207號、208號，共計18人，因為無所選填之志願房型可安排，故不在本次候補名單內，將在後續補候階段進行床位優先候補。

4.本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約累積達15點，或違反公約遭記點且未依規定完成服務時數者，依公約規定115學年住宿床位將取消，不得異議。

5.候補相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，務必於公告之期限內，完成線上確認程序。

(1)若e-mail異常或一直沒有收到信，請於截止期限前來電分機2362陳先生處理，逾期未填答視同放棄候補床位。

(2)本校webmail與cloudmail(google)收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。

(3)若發現webmail一直無法收到信件，請查看是否被擋信或存入垃圾郵件夾，請設白名單；若有設定轉寄功能，請確認轉寄信箱地址是否正確，若還是失敗，請暫時取消轉寄功能。

6.如線上填寫確認候補床位後，又因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於8月14日(五)下午17:00前使用E-MAIL (zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw) 來信放棄115學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且不得再要求恢復候補床位資格。

1. The number of available waitlist beds and the list of students who have been assigned beds can be found in the attachment at the end of this announcement.
2. Students who have been allocated a waitlist bed must complete the online dormitory confirmation form from now until 17:00 PM on August 14 (Friday). Failure to complete the form by the deadline will be regarded as a forfeiture of the dormitory accommodation. 

   The dormitory-related fees for students who have been offered accommodation in this waiting list round will be processed after the deadline for the online confirmation form. The Cashier Division will then coordinate with the bank to update the tuition and fee payment statements. The revised payment statements are expected to be available by August 28. Please download the updated payment statement and complete the payment after that date.

   If, after August 28, your payment statement still does not include any dormitory-related charges, please contact us by email.

3. At this stage, the waiting list order is based on the official list of students who registered to remain on the waiting list. Currently, offers have been made up to New Waiting List No. 185 for female students and New Waiting List No. 214 for male students.
   However, Female New Waiting List No. 124、155 and 160 and Male New Waiting List Nos. 138、153、182、185、186、190、191、193、196、198、199、200、207 and 208 (a total of 18 students) are not included in this round of offers, as there are currently no vacancies available in any of the room types they selected. These students will be given priority consideration in subsequent waiting list rounds once vacancies matching their preferences become available.
   Depending on future room availability and the progress of the waiting list, additional waiting list rounds may be announced. Please closely monitor the Student Housing Service Division website and your email for the latest announcements and notifications.

4. For students residing in the dormitory during this academic year, those who have accumulated 15 demerit points for violations of dormitory regulations, or who have received demerits but failed to complete the required service hours, will have their dormitory eligibility for the 115th Academic Year revoked, in accordance with the regulations, without objection.

5. All waitlist-related information will be posted on the Student Housing Service Division website and notified via the university’s Webmail system. Students are advised to regularly check their email and ensure that their university email account is functioning properly. Please complete the online confirmation process within the specified deadline.

   (1) If there are issues with email access, please contact Mr. Chen at extension 2362 before the deadline. Failure to submit the form on time will be regarded as forfeiting the waitlist bed.

   (2) The university’s Webmail and Cloud Mail (Google) systems are not automatically synchronized. Students should check each mailbox separately to avoid missing important notices.

   (3) If you are unable to receive emails via Webmail, please check whether messages are being blocked or filtered into the spam folder. Add the sender to your safe list. If you have set up email forwarding, ensure the forwarding address is correct. If issues persist, please temporarily disable the forwarding function.

6. If you confirm your waitlist bed but later decide not to move into the dormitory due to personal or other reasons, you must notify us via email (zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw) before 12:00 PM on August 14 (Friday) to forfeit your accommodation for the 115th Academic Year. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the NT$2,000 deposit, and you will not be allowed to request reinstatement of your waitlist eligibility.
