為確認本學期學生宿舍實際住宿情形及住宿資料正確性，住宿服務組將辦理115學年度第1學期學生宿舍第一階段「清宿作業」，清宿期間將由宿舍幹部或宿舍管理員依住宿名冊，逐寢前往各寢室進行查核，請全體住宿生配合辦理。
115年9月21日（星期一）起至115年10月16日（星期五）止。
第一階段期間如因住宿生不在寢室、無人應門或其他原因未能完成查核，將列入尚未完成清宿名單。
10月16日第一階段作業結束後，住宿服務組將彙整尚未完成清宿之住宿生名單，後續辦理第二階段清宿作業。
（一）身分及寢號核對：請住宿生出示學生證或其他有效身分證件，以確認本人身分及實際住宿寢室。
（二）住宿及床位使用情形：核對實際住宿人員、寢室及床位與住宿名冊是否一致。
（三）空床位淨空情形：尚未分配之空床位及其附屬使用空間請保持淨空，勿放置個人物品或自行占用。
（四）住宿費繳費情形：尚未完成住宿費繳交者，將詢問預計繳費日期；如已完成繳費但資料尚未更新，請出示相關繳費證明。
上述查核內容係依本次清宿作業所訂之名冊、空床及繳費查核項目辦理。
（一）清宿作業採逐寢實地查核方式辦理，無法以至交誼廳、幹部寢室或其他指定地點集中核對身分之方式取代。
（二）宿舍幹部或宿舍管理員前往寢室時，將先行敲門並等候住宿生應門；如無人應門，不會自行進入寢室，將另擇時間再次前往，或與住宿生聯繫協調其他查核時間。
（三）如查核人員前往時，住宿生當下不便接受查核，可向查核人員說明，並另行協調適當時間完成。
（四）每位住宿生均須完成清宿查核。第一階段期間尚未完成者，後續仍須配合第二階段清宿作業。
請全體住宿生於清宿期間配合宿舍幹部及宿舍管理員辦理查核，感謝大家的理解與配合。
To verify the accuracy of dormitory residency records and actual occupancy, the Student Housing Service Division will conduct the Phase 1 Dormitory Residency Verification for Fall Semester 2026. Dormitory student staff or dormitory administrators will visit each room according to the official resident roster. All residents are required to cooperate.

Residents who are not successfully verified during Phase 1 because they are not present, do not answer the door, or for other reasons will be placed on the pending verification list.
After Phase 1 concludes on October 16, the Student Housing Service Division will compile the list of residents who have not yet completed the verification and conduct a Phase 2 Dormitory Residency Verification.
(1) Identity and room assignment: Please present your student ID card or another valid form of identification.
(2) Actual occupancy and bed assignment: Verification staff will confirm that the actual resident, room, and bed assignment match the official dormitory records.
(3) Unassigned bed spaces: Unassigned bed spaces and their designated areas must remain vacant and clear of personal belongings.
(4) Dormitory fee payment status: Residents whose dormitory fees have not yet been paid will be asked to provide an expected payment date. If you have already paid but the payment status has not yet been updated, please provide proof of payment.
The verification will be conducted room by room. Verification staff will knock and wait for a resident to answer the door. If no one answers, they will not enter the room without permission. They will return at another time or contact the resident(s) to arrange another suitable time.
Because the purpose of this process is to verify actual residency and bed assignments, residents cannot complete the verification by reporting to a common room, a dormitory student staff member's room, or another designated location.
If the verification staff arrive at an inconvenient time, please let them know and arrange another suitable time.
All residents are required to complete the Dormitory Residency Verification. Residents who do not complete the verification during Phase 1 will still be required to cooperate with the Phase 2 verification.
