115學年度持續等候床位候補申請

1. 自6月17日(三)至6月29日(一)中午12：00止，請願意繼續等候115學年度床位候補者，至下列申請路徑提出申請，原候補序號將依本次申請依序遞補。

2. 未提出本次申請者，原候補序號於115年6月29日後作廢。
3. 原3月無登記住宿抽籤，並已至「舊生未登記抽籤者線上候補」填列線上候補者，一律自動排入持續候補，序號在有參加3月床位抽籤備取最後一名同學之後，如放棄持續候補，請於6月29日(一)中午12:00前來信(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)告知。
4. 「舊生未登記抽籤者線上候補」（已經完成登記者不必再作第二次），將依登記時間排序，惟排序將在原線上登記抽籤候補名單之後。https://survey.ncnu.edu.tw/ls56/index.php?r=survey/index&sid=831272&lang=zh-Hant-TW。
5. 預計7月初將於住服組網頁「最新公告」公告願意等待115學年度床位候補同學的候補序號。

7. 候補相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，每梯次候補上同學務必於期限內，完成線上確認程序。

        (1)若email異常或一直超過24小時未收到信件，請於期限前來電分機2362處理，逾期視同放棄。

        (2)本校webmail與cloudmail收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。

Application to Remain on the Dormitory Waiting List for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

From June 17, 2026 (Wednesday) to 12:00 PM (Noon) on June 29, 2026 (Monday), students who wish to continue waiting for a dormitory bed assignment for the 2026–2027 Academic Year must submit the application through the following link. Waiting list numbers will be rearranged based on the applicants who confirm their intention to remain on the waiting list.

Important Notes

1. Students who do not submit this application by the deadline will have their current waiting list status cancelled after June 29, 2026.

2. Students who did not participate in the dormitory lottery held in March but have already registered through the Online Waiting List for Students Who Did Not Join the Lottery will automatically remain on the waiting list. Their positions will be placed after the last student on the original March waiting list.

   If you wish to withdraw from the waiting list, please notify the Student Housing Service Division by email at zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw before 12:00 PM (Noon) on June 29, 2026.

3. Students who have not yet registered through the Online Waiting List for Students Who Did Not Join the Lottery may do so via the following link. (Students who have already completed this registration do not need to register again.)

   Applicants will be ranked according to the time of registration. However, their positions will be placed after all students who participated in the original dormitory lottery waiting list.

4. The updated waiting list numbers for students who choose to continue waiting are expected to be announced on the Student Housing Service Division website in early July 2026 under the Latest Announcements section.

5. Historical waiting list information and the estimated dates for future bed assignment announcements can be found on the Student Housing Service Division website:

6. All waiting list notifications will be posted on the Student Housing Service Division website and sent to students through their university Webmail accounts. Students are responsible for regularly checking their email and ensuring that their university email account is functioning properly.

   Students who are offered a bed assignment must complete the online confirmation procedure within the specified deadline.

   (1) If you experience email delivery problems or do not receive the notification within 24 hours, please contact us at Extension 2362 before the deadline. Failure to do so will be regarded as a withdrawal from the waiting list.

   (2) Please note that NCNU Webmail and Cloud Mail do not automatically synchronize incoming messages. Students should check both systems regularly to avoid missing important university notifications.
