From June 17, 2026 (Wednesday) to 12:00 PM (Noon) on June 29, 2026 (Monday), students who wish to continue waiting for a dormitory bed assignment for the 2026–2027 Academic Year must submit the application through the following link. Waiting list numbers will be rearranged based on the applicants who confirm their intention to remain on the waiting list.
(The system will be available during the application period.)

Students who did not participate in the dormitory lottery held in March but have already registered through the Online Waiting List for Students Who Did Not Join the Lottery will automatically remain on the waiting list. Their positions will be placed after the last student on the original March waiting list.
If you wish to withdraw from the waiting list, please notify the Student Housing Service Division by email at zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw before 12:00 PM (Noon) on June 29, 2026.
Students who have not yet registered through the Online Waiting List for Students Who Did Not Join the Lottery may do so via the following link. (Students who have already completed this registration do not need to register again.)

Applicants will be ranked according to the time of registration. However, their positions will be placed after all students who participated in the original dormitory lottery waiting list.

All waiting list notifications will be posted on the Student Housing Service Division website and sent to students through their university Webmail accounts. Students are responsible for regularly checking their email and ensuring that their university email account is functioning properly.
Students who are offered a bed assignment must complete the online confirmation procedure within the specified deadline.
(1) If you experience email delivery problems or do not receive the notification within 24 hours, please contact us at Extension 2362 before the deadline. Failure to do so will be regarded as a withdrawal from the waiting list.
(2) Please note that NCNU Webmail and Cloud Mail do not automatically synchronize incoming messages. Students should check both systems regularly to avoid missing important university notifications.
