115學年宿舍抽籤結果及相關作業公告(An English version of this announcement is provided in the latter part below.)

1.抽籤結果請下載本公告最下方附件查看！因應同學需求，為了讓正取同學方便搜尋，正取名單依學號排序公告；備取名單則仍依抽籤備取順序排列公告。

2.中籤同學請於115年4月1日中午12:00起至115年4月13日中午12：00止，線上填寫中籤床位住宿意願。逾期未填者將自動放棄床位(含保障生)，並且不會列入候補名單！

115學年度中籤意願填寫連結：請正取者自行至Webmail收信，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。*該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人。(註：房型C為大學部空調房，B為大學部新裝修空調房，G為研究生宿舍)

3. 115學年度學生宿舍住宿收費費用公告如下：

(一)第一類：誠樸樓全棟及務本樓8間房，每學期新臺幣10,100元。

(二)第二類：弘毅樓全棟、致用樓全棟及務本樓125間房，每學期新臺幣11,900元。

(三)第三類：暨大桃苑、暨大嵐莊，每學期13,200元

備註：務本樓115年暑假計有125間房進行裝修，惟有8間房預計於116年暑假拆除改為公共空間爰不裝修，故收費有所差異。

★禁止私下轉讓買賣床位，如有相關情事，則依本校相關法規辦理退宿。

★一旦放棄中籤床型將不具備線上候補資格，只能進行「舊生未登記抽籤者線上候補」。

4.有關床位候補說明（請點選下列超連結）：

*若同學未參加3月的抽籤，則不會有候補序號，需要進行「舊生未登記抽籤者線上候補 https://survey.ncnu.edu.tw/ls56/index.php?r=survey/index&sid=831272&lang=zh-Hant-TW」，並依照登記時間先後排序安排未登記抽籤者床位候補，但「舊生未登記抽籤者線上候補」序號一律在有參加３月床位線上抽籤有候補序號最後一名同學之後。

5.同學若想到校外租屋，請至本校學安生輔中心網頁---校外賃居專區或雲端租屋生活網(https://house.nfu.edu.tw/NCNU)，詳閱租屋注意事項及相關資訊。

6.未填寫宿舍抽籤登記之保障生，即喪失保障住宿權利。

7.本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約，且未依規定期限完成宿舍服務時數，將取消115學年住宿床位。

8.曾違反住宿輔導辦法第14條項目者，不論處分方式為退宿或是否完成其他折抵方式，皆取消115學年住宿資格。

9.配合行政院政策，補助所有本國籍校內住宿生學期住宿費，補助一般生 5000 元、低收與中低收入戶資格者、現役軍人子女(需主動向住服組聯繫並提供相關證明) 7000 元，若因故未住滿整學期(含私人原因、休退學、畢業、肄業等)，退宿時須按比例繳回補助款。

10.如因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於115年4月17日(五)17:00前採EMAIL(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)放棄115學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且未來不得申請住宿。

11.115學年9月入學碩博新生宿舍申請，請依「115學年碩博班新生住宿申請」公告內容申請住宿；115學年度轉學生宿舍申請，預定於7月另行公告；115學年度大學部新生宿舍申請，則預定於7月中旬(非分科測驗管道入學)及8月中旬(分科測驗管道入學)分別公告，請密切鎖定住宿服務組官網最新消息。

 

★互換床型：(預計5月中旬公告)已獲得115學年度住宿資格者，屆時須以兩人同時申請紙本辦理床型互換作業。

★舊生選填室友：預計於6月公告，採線上申請。

 

Dormitory Lottery Results and Related Procedures for Academic Year 115

1. Lottery Results
   Please download the attachment at the bottom of this announcement to view the lottery results.
   For ease of reference:

• The admitted list is arranged by student ID number.
• The waiting list is arranged according to the original lottery waiting order.

2. Confirmation of Dormitory Assignment
   Students who have been admitted must complete the online confirmation of their dormitory assignment from:

Failure to complete the confirmation within the specified period will be regarded as forfeiting the dormitory assignment (including guaranteed students), and the student will not be included in the waiting list.

This link is personal and must not be shared with others.

📌 Notes:

• Room Type C: Undergraduate Air-Conditioned Room
• Room Type B: Newly Renovated Undergraduate Air-Conditioned Room
• Room Type G: Graduate Dormitory

⚠️ Important Regulations:

• Private transfer or sale of dormitory beds is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to dormitory disciplinary regulations, including eviction.
• Once a student declines the assigned room type, they will lose eligibility for online waiting list registration and may only apply for a paper-based waiting list at the Student Housing Service Division office.

3. Waiting List Information

📌 Additional Note:
Students who did not participate in the March dormitory lottery will not have a waiting list number.
They must apply through the “Non-lottery Waiting List Registration” system.
Such applicants will be assigned waiting list numbers based on registration time, and will be placed after all students who participated in the March lottery.

4. Off-Campus Housing Information
   Students who wish to seek off-campus housing may refer to:

Please review all relevant rental guidelines and information carefully.

5. Guaranteed Students
   Guaranteed students who did not complete the dormitory lottery registration will forfeit their guaranteed housing eligibility.

6. Dormitory Violations
   Students currently residing in dormitories who violate dormitory regulations and fail to complete required service hours within the specified period will have their AY115 dormitory eligibility revoked.

7. Disqualification Due to Violations
   Students who have violated Article 14 of the Dormitory Counseling Regulations will have their AY115 dormitory eligibility revoked, regardless of whether the penalty involved eviction or alternative compensation measures.

8. Government Subsidy Policy
   Starting from the second semester of AY112, in accordance with government policy, all domestic students residing in on-campus dormitories are eligible for a housing subsidy:

• General students: NTD 5,000 per semester
• Low-income and lower-middle-income students: NTD 7,000 per semester

If a student does not reside for the full semester (due to personal reasons, withdrawal, graduation, etc.), the subsidy must be refunded proportionally upon check-out.

9. Withdrawal from Dormitory Assignment
   Students who are unable to reside in the dormitory due to personal reasons must notify via email:

Failure to notify before the deadline will result in:

• Forfeiture of the NTD 2,000 deposit
• Ineligibility to apply for dormitory housing in the future

Dormitory Applications for New Students

• Graduate freshmen (September intake, AY115):

• Transfer students (AY115):
  Application details will be announced in July
• Undergraduate freshmen (AY115):
  • Mid-July (non-exam admission)
  • Mid-August (exam-based admission)

Additional Information

Room Type Exchange
(Expected announcement: Mid-May)
Students who have obtained dormitory eligibility for AY115 may apply for a room type exchange.
Applications must be submitted jointly by two students using a paper form.

Roommate Selection (Returning Students)
(Expected announcement: June)
Applications will be conducted online.
