114學年度公益服務生申請開跑

1. 公益服務生每學年服務合計達72小時(一學期36小時)，且通過考核者，即可獲得下學年保留大學部宿舍床位。
2. 宿舍公益服務生工作內容依住服組視實際需求安排分配，恕不接受公益服務生挑選工作內容。無法配合規範者請勿申請。
3. 自行參加床位抽籤並獲得床位者，仍可繼續執行公益服務生之職務及完成服務時數，但自行放棄公益服務生身分，則不得保留已服務之時數。
4. 114學年度公益服務生申請表(請至住服組網頁最新消息下載，或至宿舍服務中心索取紙本)填寫後，並於9/22(一)中午12：00前，提交至住服組 (務本樓-男生宿舍1樓服務中心或行政大樓1樓住服組辦公室)。
5. 住服組將於9/26(五)17:00前公告錄取名單，10/1(三)12:30於學生活動中心階梯教室召開說明會，請務必出席並全程參與，否則取消申請資格。
6. 確認錄取公益服務生者，欲放棄錄取資格，請於9/29(一)中午12點前以電子郵件來信告知(zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw)。事後逕行放棄擔任公益服務生者(含擔任公益服務生期間因個人理由中途退出者)，將不再錄取未來任一學年度之公益服務生。

Application for Dormitory Service Students — Academic Year 114

1. Students who complete a total of 72 service hours per academic year (36 hours per semester) and pass the evaluation will be granted a reserved undergraduate dormitory bed for the following academic year.
2. Service duties are assigned by the Housing Service Section according to operational needs. Requests to choose or change duties will not be accepted. If you cannot comply with these regulations, please do not apply.
3. Students who participate in the dormitory bed lottery and obtain a bed may still continue serving as Dormitory Service Students and complete their service hours. However, if they voluntarily give up their Dormitory Service Student status, any service hours already completed will not be retained.
4. Please complete the AY114 Dormitory Service Student Application Form (download it from “Latest News” on the Housing Service Section website, or obtain a paper copy at the Service Center) and submit it by 12:00 noon on Monday, September 22 to the Housing Service Section (Wuben Building—Men’s Dormitory, 1F Service Center or Administration Building, 1F, Housing Service Section Office).
5. The list of admitted applicants will be announced by 17:00 on Friday, September 26. An orientation session will be held at 12:30 on Wednesday, October 1 in the Student Activity Center—Lecture Hall (tiered classroom). Full attendance is mandatory; absence will result in disqualification.
6. Admitted applicants who wish to decline the offer must notify us by email at zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, September 29. Anyone who later unilaterally withdraws from serving as a Dormitory Service Student (including mid-term withdrawal for personal reasons) will not be eligible for selection as a Dormitory Service Student in any future academic year.
