113-2學期末、暑假期間冰箱暫停使用暨清潔作業日期公告

各位住宿同學好，為了延長冰箱使用壽命，宿舍每學期都會定期維護保養，

113-2學期預計各棟宿舍公共區域冰箱(含冷凍櫃、冷藏展示櫃、冷凍展示櫃)開放期限至2025/05/26(週一)上午8:00前，

5月26日(週一)上午10點至6月1日(週一)上午10點，將進行冰箱淨空、大清潔、晾乾，期間不開放使用，實際開放時間得視冰箱清潔進度調整。

請同學在2025年5月26日(週一)上午8點前，將冰箱內所有個人物品淨空，開始進行冰箱清空時，一律將食物、食材清空丟棄不開放認領。

暫停使用期間，請勿再冰入物品，以免因增加清潔負擔而延後開放冰箱日期。

大學部宿舍冰箱將「全棟清空」，研究生宿舍冰箱「分區清空」，詳細說明請見附件。

Notice: Temporary Suspension of Refrigerator Use and Cleaning Schedule for the End of the 113-2 Semester and the Summer Break

To extend the service life of the refrigerators, the dormitories conduct regular maintenance each semester.
For the 113-2 semester, all refrigerators in the public areas of each dormitory building (including freezers, refrigerated display cabinets, and freezer display cabinets) will be available for use until 8:00 AM on Monday, May 26, 2025.

From 10:00 AM on Monday, May 26 to 10:00 AM on Monday, June 1, refrigerators will undergo clearing, thorough cleaning, and air-drying.
During this period, refrigerators will not be available for use. The actual reopening time may be adjusted depending on the progress of the cleaning work.

Students are required to remove all personal items from the refrigerators by 8:00 AM on Monday, May 26, 2025.
Once the clearing process begins, all remaining food and ingredients will be discarded without the possibility of retrieval.

Please do not place any new items in the refrigerators during the suspension period, to avoid increasing the cleaning workload and causing delays in reopening.

Refrigerators in undergraduate dormitories will be completely cleared, while refrigerators in graduate dormitories will be cleared by designated sections.
