114學年學生宿舍-舊生第1次床位候補公告
1.本次候補床位數及候補上名單請參考本公告附件。 注意！第1次候補原訂4/25(五)，已提前至4/23(三)公告。
2.本次候補上的同學請於即日起至5月2日(五)上午8:00前完成線上填寫確認宿住宿表單，未完成者視同放棄住宿。
☆候補意願填寫表單連結：請本梯次候補上床位者「自行至Webmail收信」，於email中獲取個人專屬連結。 *該連結為個人化連結，請勿複製分享給其他人，以免失效。
3.目前已備到女大生41號、男大生76號。其中，女大生備取序號29，及男大生備取序號44、54、57、62、63、68、71、74共9人因無所選之志願房型可安排，故不在本次候補名單內，將列第2次床位優先候補。
4.本學年住宿同學，若違反宿舍公約，且未依規定完成服務時數者，114學年住宿床位將取消，不得異議。
5.候補相關訊息將置於住服組網頁，並以校內電子郵件Webmail通知候補同學，同學應留意郵件信箱的通知，並注意學校郵件信箱是否收信功能正常，務必於期限內，完成線上確認程序。
(1)若email異常，請於期限前來電分機2362陳先生處理，逾期視同放棄。
(2)本校webmail與cloudmail(google)收信功能無自動連動，平時請個別收信以免錯過重要公務訊息。
6.如確認候補床位後，又因私人理由等其他因素無法入住宿舍者，請於5月2日(五)上午8:00前採E-MAIL (zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw) 來信放棄114學年度住宿，逾期沒收2,000元保證金，且未來不得申請住宿。

【Announcement of the First Round of Dormitory Waiting List for the 114 Academic Year】
Number of Available Beds and Eligible Students:
The number of available beds and the student ID numbers eligible for this round of waiting list are listed in the attachment below.
Confirmation of Bed Allocation:
Students who are allocated a bed in this round must complete the online confirmation form from today until 08:00 AM on Friday, May 2.
Confirmation Link: Students must check their Webmail to retrieve their personalized confirmation link via email.
Important Note: The link is personalized. Please do not copy or share it with others to prevent invalidation.
Students who fail to complete the confirmation by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiting their dormitory accommodation for the 114 academic year.
Students Not Included in This Round:
Nine students — the female student with waiting number 29, and the male students with waiting numbers 44, 54, 57, 62, 63, 68, 71, and 74 — could not be assigned to any of their selected room types. Therefore, they are not included in this round and will be given priority in the second round of waiting list allocation.
Important Reminder for Current Dorm Residents:
Students currently residing in the dormitory who violate dormitory regulations and fail to complete the required service hours as stipulated will have their 114 academic year dormitory eligibility revoked without appeal.
Notification and Email Instructions:
Information regarding the waiting list process will be posted on the Housing Services Section website and notified via the university’s Webmail system.
Students must regularly check their Webmail for updates and ensure that their university email account is functioning properly.
If there are issues with receiving emails, please contact extension 2362 before the deadline. Failure to resolve email issues and complete the confirmation by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture.
Note: The university's Webmail and Cloudmail (Google) systems are not automatically synchronized. Please check both email accounts separately to avoid missing important announcements.
Procedure for Cancelling Dormitory Allocation:
Students who have confirmed their dormitory bed but are unable to move in due to personal reasons must submit a cancellation request via email (zunshing@ncnu.edu.tw) by 8:00 AM on Friday, May 2.
Failure to cancel by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of the NT$2,000 deposit.
Students who forfeit their deposit will also lose the eligibility to apply for dormitory accommodation in the future.
