113-2學期學生宿舍 進住公告

一、進住時間:114年2月15、16日(星期六、日)9:00-12:00、13:00-16:30(12:00-13:00中午休息恕不受理進住)

二、事前準備:

  (一)新入住生:請於2月14日17:00後自行事先登入「校務系統(https://ccweb5.ncnu.edu.tw/admwww/)」的「個人聯絡資訊」中,查詢「113-2學期的房號」。

 (二)請先準備1張身份證明文件供查驗,例如:學生證(車輛進入校園必備)、身分證、駕照、居留證。

 三、進住日當天入住程序:

   (一)辦理地點:各棟管理員室窗口。17:00後請至男生大學部宿舍1樓管理員室(宿舍服務中心)辦理。

 (二)排隊向工作人員:1.出示證件 2.報房號 3.領取房間鑰匙  4.入住表格簽名  5.掃描公佈欄QR-code加入各棟/樓住宿生FB群組

 (三)到房間放置行李、測試鑰匙功能。 

四、車輛進入校園收費方式

(一)2月15、16日因本校櫻花季人潮眾多,請學生(家長)於出入校門口前備妥「學生證」供查驗(並告知工作人員入住房號)、家長亦可以出示「學生證照片檔」;新生及轉學生可出示入學(註冊)相關證明,免收停車費

(二)警衛室將於2月15、16日當日下午5點30分降下收費柵欄,協助住宿生進住之車輛,請於進住當日下午5點30分前駛離校園;若超過時間,請學生(家長)向宿舍服務中心工作人員索取優惠券,離校時至自動繳費機使用優惠券(掃描QRcode)。每位住宿生限領優惠券1張、每張限使用1次。QRcode若毀損,不補發。

★☆物品落地後,請駕駛先將車輛移放到本校其他停車場,以利宿舍區交通順暢。 

★☆非進住時間出入校園,仍依本校車輛臨時停車場收費管理要點收費。

五、寒假已入住同學

請攜帶學生證到各棟宿舍1樓管理室辦理113-2學期入住名冊簽名

六、繳費

未完成繳費者,請於開學前完成繳納。若為現場領取宿舍開立之繳費單者,請於上班日16:00前至行政大樓1樓出納組繳費。

※注意事項

一、借用宿舍推車:需押「證件」,填寫系級、學號、聯絡電話,每次借用以15分鐘為限。

二、房號異動:開學2週內可找另一住宿生紙本申請互換床位,本人攜帶證件、同時提交2張換寢申請單(網址)至宿舍服務中心,禁止私自換寢、轉讓床位。

三、禁止所有寵物進入宿舍。

四、本校校園全面禁菸。

暨大停車使用通行證優惠券流程

1. Move-In Time:

  • February 15-16, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM (No move-in service from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM due to lunch break)

2. Preparation Before Move-In:

  • (1) New Residents: Log in to the "School Administration System" after 5:00 PM on February 14 to check your assigned room number under "Personal Contact Information" for the 113-2 semester.
  • (2) Required Identification: Prepare one valid ID for verification, such as a student ID (mandatory for vehicle entry), national ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit.

3. Move-In Procedure on the Day:

  • (1) Location: Dormitory administrator's office in each building. After 5:00 PM, please proceed to the 1st-floor administrator’s office of the male undergraduate dormitory (Dormitory Service Center).
  • (2) Steps to Check-In:
    1. Show your ID
    2. Report your room number
    3. Collect your room key
    4. Sign the check-in form
    5. Scan the QR code on the bulletin board to join the dormitory/lobby’s Facebook group
  • (3) Proceed to your room to place your belongings and test the key function.

4. Vehicle Entry & Parking Fee Policy:

  • (1) February 15-16: Due to the large number of visitors for the cherry blossom season, students (and parents) must present a student ID at the campus entrance (and inform staff of the room number). Parents may also show a photo of the student ID. New and transfer students may provide proof of enrollment to waive the parking fee.
  • (2) After 5:30 PM on February 15-16, security will lower the parking fee barrier to assist student move-in. Vehicles must leave campus before 5:30 PM. If staying past this time, students (or parents) must request a discount coupon from the Dormitory Service Center and use it at the automatic payment machine upon exit.
    • Each student is limited to one discount coupon, valid for one-time use only.
    • Damaged QR codes will not be reissued.

🚗 After unloading, please relocate vehicles to other campus parking lots to ensure smooth traffic flow in the dormitory area.

🅿 Outside of designated move-in hours, vehicle entry will be subject to the school's temporary parking fee regulations.

5. Students Who Stayed Over Winter Break:

  • Please bring your student ID to the 1st-floor administrator’s office of your dormitory building to sign the 113-2 semester move-in register.

6. Payment Information:

  • Students who haven’t completed payment must pay before the semester begins.
  • If collecting a dormitory-issued payment slip on-site, please pay at the Cashier Office (1st floor, Administration Building) before 4:00 PM on working days.

Important Notes:

  1. Borrowing a dormitory cart:
    • Requires a deposit of an ID card
    • Fill out your department, student ID number, and contact number
    • Maximum borrowing time: 15 minutes per use
  2. Room Swap:
    • Within the first two weeks of the semester, students may swap rooms with another resident by mutual agreement.
    • Both students must submit two printed copies of the room swap application (available online) with their IDs to the Dormitory Service Center.
    • Unauthorized swaps or subletting are strictly prohibited.
  3. No pets are allowed in the dormitory.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus.
